Paragon FXVault

Privacy Policy

This page explains what Paragon stores about you, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and sign-in metadata. When you complete a membership application we store the details you enter on that form: name, contact details, country, who referred you and how you heard about Paragon.

When you use Paragon Support we store the conversation, the answers you give the support assistant, the page you started from and any referral code in the link. We never ask for — and you should never send — account passwords, trading platform or broker logins, API keys, or bank and card details. Anything that looks like a credential is stripped before it is saved.

Why we hold it

To review your membership application, to reply to your enquiry, to allocate you to the correct Paragon contact, and to keep an audit record of access decisions. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Retention

Support conversations are kept while your enquiry is open and for as long as we need them for our records. Membership applications and access decisions are retained as an audit record, including rejected and suspended cases, so decisions can be explained later.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. In an open support conversation the assistant can export your transcript or erase it on request. For anything else, email support@paragonfx.co.uk or message Paragon Support on Telegram and we will action it.

Risk notice

Paragon provides education, market analysis and trading tools. Nothing on Paragon is financial advice, and no outcome or profit is promised. Trading carries risk of loss.
